About

Running a business without HR support is not easy.

Employment law changes constantly, your responsibilities increase and employees become more litigious. Mistakes can be both costly and a huge distraction from the day-to-day challenge of growing your business.

That’s why PRIDE in People exists. If you don’t have in-house HR, we can meet your requirements without committing you to expensive monthly retainers. We treat every need on its merits, with a friendly and pragmatic approach.

We work with all kinds of businesses, trouble-shooting their HR problems. Off-the–shelf is not in our vocabulary. Common sense is, as we simplify and resolve issues with practical, tailored solutions.

This helps to establish an essential trust with our clients, aided also by our transparent pricing policy. PiP customers only pay for what we do. There is an up-front price for every project with clear costings – and that’s it. No hidden extras, surcharges or additional fees.

Best of all, you get to deal with a human being, face to face, not a voice at the end of a phone who knows little about your company or its needs.

We prefer it that way, and we find our clients do as well.

Too often she has seen small and medium size businesses struggling with off-the-shelf HR programmes that don't meet their needs. Fiona's solution is simple – she individually tailors her HR and people support to suit the size and requirements of each client company.

Fiona backs this bespoke approach with her extensive experience of the hospitality, fashion, telecommunications and clinical retail sectors. She has worked for companies recognised by Investors in People and awarded 'Number 1 Best Company to Work For' in the Sunday Times.
